Reservations and ticketing of all domestic and international air bookings on all carriers.
Sending of PTA’S (Prepaid Ticket Advice) to any destinations in the World and ensuring that they are sent well in advance and date of travel advised to the Sponsor.
Confirming and reconfirming flights before departure as often as required by the airlines.
Furnishing the airlines with all the necessary passenger contacts in case of last minute change of schedule.
Preparation of detailed and comprehensive itineraries.
Calculation of reasonable and comprehensive fares based on class of travel and duration of stay as well as quoting the lowest applicable fares, which are on offer from time to time.
Processing of refunds of any unutilized or partly utilized tickets in liaison with the relevant airlines.
Negotiate with the specific airlines special fares on your behalf and where possible.
