CAR HIRE SERVICES & TRAVEL FOR NATCO TOURS & TRAVEL LTD.

We offer car hire services to our esteemed clients. Clients who prefer to use a private car for tours and safaris can hire a vehicle from us at very competitive rates. We have a wide range of vehicles that can withstand all terrain. Vehicles include mini-vans with top hatch for easy game viewing, 4 x 4 all terrain vehicles and mini buses for groups. All our vehicles are fitted with high frequency long range radio for communication and are in top shape to ensure that no break downs occur while our clients are on safari.

Arrangements can be made for hire as we plan your safari. Please note you are required to have a valid international driving license to hire a vehicle.
Valid license: The hirer must be a holder of a valid license. Aged 25 years and above but not beyond 70 years.

Payments: Payments can be made in cash, traveler’s cheques or in foreign currency.
Special cars: Special types of vehicles are available at competitive rates.

Security: Hirers are bound to take good car of their personal effects at all times because theft insurance is not included.

The hired vehicles at no time should they be left unattended in public areas.
Cancellation: Any cancellation will lead to 50% penalty of the paid amount.

• Reservations and ticketing of all domestic and international air bookings on all carriers.
• Sending of PTA’S (Prepaid Ticket Advice) to any destinations in the World and ensuring that they are sent well in advance and date of travel advised to the Sponsor.
• Confirming and reconfirming flights before departure as often as required by the airlines.
• Furnishing the airlines with all the necessary passenger contacts in case of last minute change of schedule.
• Preparation of detailed and comprehensive itineraries.
• Calculation of reasonable and comprehensive fares based on class of travel and duration of stay as well as quoting the lowest applicable fares, which are on offer from time to time.
• Processing of refunds of any unutilized or partly utilized tickets in liaison with the relevant airlines.
• Negotiate with the specific airlines special fares on your behalf and where possible.
